As you may recall i said on my last post i was going out to do some random mystery shops on the Coast, i was driving down the M27 and the boat show caught my eye so i thought southampton would be a good place to start. I walked up and down all the high street going in and out the phone shops judging them on my 3 golden rules, 1) There approuch, 2) There pitch and 3) There close. What i found interesting was that every store on the high street had a different way to selling. It was truelly unbelievable. The results of my little adventure are to follow so please watch out for them ....
