APPROACH
There approach was way off the mark, they asked closed questions and told me to sit down and wait for a sales person, i waited 30mins ( OMG i can believe i actually waited 30mins) and not 1 person said anything to me..
Whilst waiting the managers/ supervisors seemed so tidied up with other things rather then speaking and seeing to customers.
(Due to the rude start with closed questions and the 30 min wait i would have to to give them a 2/10)
PROCESS
Well what can i say about there sales process, it was none existent, they focused on filling the desks in the store more than actual customer care and needs. There was no enthusiasm or care for the job and it truly showed to the customer.
(The process was as bad as the approach, no one seemed to care that i was sat there for 30 Min's waiting to served and that really annoyed me. 3/10)
CLOSE
There wasn't one as i walked out, i wasn't going to wait around any longer, they annoyed me that much. why was i going to give them my business when they don't care about me..
(Very bad experience, staff didn't seem they wanted to be there nor did they seem they cared about your needs as a customer, i felt like another number... 0/10)
CONCLUSION
Phones 4U reputation was destroyed in this shop, feeling like sheep having numbers painted on fir then led to a desk like being led to the slaughters... It was awful.... Don't buy there!!!!! ( 5/10 for an awful visit)
ADVICE FROM MR M
If your not in a hurry and don't care on how your spoken to then this a place for you, there rude, don't care and treat you like a number... DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!
