Mystery Shopping 2012
This year i have decided to stay with the same categories, Approach, Process and Close, i will be rating each category out of 10, with the overall score of 30. Due to my experience in some stores i will have a stand in who will mystery shop those stores. I will try my hardest to upload the scores as soon as i can.
