Do you need to speak to Vodafone customer services but don’t have the time to wait on hold?  With Vodafone Callback, you can choose to schedule a call back within the next week, or to be called back when you get to the front of the queue.

How does it work?

 When you are waiting on hold to speak to Customer Services, you will be given 3 options:
  1. to schedule a callback within the next 7 days
  2. to be called back when you reach the front of the queue, without losing your place
  3. to remain on hold in the queue.
Just choose the option you want and when prompted enter your phone number and record your name.  They will then confirm when they receive your callback and you can end the call.
