Orange reveal new Home Broadband package

Orange has unveiled a new broadband package aimed at the consumer market that includes free calls to mobiles

Oranges new plan, known as Orange Broadband and Anytime Mobile Calls, will be available from today and will costs £33.50 a month which includes the land line charge,unlimited broadband, 500 minutes any time any network, calls to UK and selected international landlines.In addition, Orange customers will be given a £5 monthly discount on the package and those signing up by the end of the month will be have their allowance doubled for the duration of their contract.

The new tariff is good especially for those who still don't have a mobile phone, people who don't leave the house or just for convenience.

People say that the home phone is becoming obsolete and that mobile phone deals are getting better.  I don't believe this is true. I think that the home phone is here to stay, not everyone has a mobile phone contract, i mean you still have elderly people out there not having a mobile phone they still prefer the land line...
